Recruitment of Professional in Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) October 2012

UPSRLM intends to recruit Thematic expert at District level & Thematic expert at Block level on contractual basis for one year ( It may be extended further) . Interested candidates may apply in prescribed format.

District Level Thematic Expert (District- Deoria, Banda, Chandauli, Hardoi & Bijnor)

Applications are invited for following positions

UPSRLM is an autonomous society entrusted with the task of implementation of National Rural Livelihoods Mission (Aajeevika) in Uttar Pradesh. UPSRLM aims at creating efficient and effective institutional platforms of the rural poor enabling them to increase household income through sustainable livelihood enhancements and improved access to financial services.

UPSRLM intends to recruit one consultant/professional each for six verticals mentioned below on contractual basis for one year ( It may be extended further) . Interested candidates may apply in prescribed format.

S- 03	Livelihood	MBA/ MSW, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in RD/PGDIM	7 yrs of experience in relevant field.
S- 04	Finance & Procurement	MBA/ MSw, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in RD/PGDIM	7 yrs of experience in relevant field.
S- 05	Monitoring and Evaluation	MBA/ MSw, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in RD/PGDIM	7 yrs of experience in relevant field.
S- 06	Human Resource	MBA/ MSw, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in RD/PGDIM	7 yrs of experience in relevant field.

Selection Criteria

MBA/MSW/Post graduate degree/diploma in Rural Development/PGDM.
Atleast 7 years experience in social mobilization, gender activities particularly in large scale rural poverty reduction programmes.
Experience in designing and implementing various capacity building strategies and managing various training programmes is required
