    eligibility should be 45% or at least 48% which is considered 2nd division.why restricted 50% for general and obc only.on other hand the persons who are securing
    just 33% are eligible,what will they teach and when there is entrance exam then what is the use of restricting 50%.concerning authorities should take step so that any
    student who could not secure 50% due to any problem,feel
    justified.
