Lucknow University UG Counseling Procedure for option of Subject and Seat Lock & Fee Deposition 2013

Students have to report to the respective Dean’s Office of University within three days of fee submission with the following documents

  • Printout of the application form.
  • Seat confirmation fee receipt.
  • Original mark sheets/certificate from High School onwards.
  • Original category certificate issued by competent authority of U.P. (OBC certificate must not before July 2010)
  • Original character certificate from institute last attended.
  • Original migration certificate (TC).
  • Affidavit/certificate in support of gap (for those applicants who have passed Class XII in 2012 or earlier), a certificate by the Notary on Rs. 10.00 Stamp paper has to be submitted. Link for download of proforma is given below
  • Income certificate for candidates seeking scholarship/fees waiver. (The certificate must be in the name of father/mother/guardian and certificate must be within six months).
    • Candidates who have been allotted seats under the OBC category or OBC subcategory will have to produce the income certificate to indicate that they do not belong to the creamy layer as designated by the Government at the time of reporting which will subsequently be verified on the UP Government website. The admission of all candidates who fail to do so would be cancelled.
  • Photocopy of all documents mentioned above.
  • Two passport size photographs. Details of candidate (registration number, name, father’s name, course) written on the back of each.
  • Declaration Form

Report to your respective faculty on July 16, 2013 for teaching schedule etc.
