How to Apply

To Complete Online Application Form Filling -There are Five Compulsory steps
Step 1. Registration
Step 2. E-challan
Step 3. Application Fee Deposition
Step 4. Application Form Filling and Printing
Step 5. Posting Application To The University

Step 1. Registration
i . Click on ‘Candidate Registration’ link.
ii . Fill all the particulars in Online Registration Form. (The fields denoted by (*) are compulsory to be filled)
iii. Carefully review all the entries before submission.
iv . A confirmation page with a unique nine digit Registration number will be generated. Note down nine digit Registration number or take the printout of registration slip. (For Further Process)
Note : This print out will not be considered as application. It is only Registration Form. After Registration deposit the fee and then candidate has to fill the application form.

Step 2. E-challan
i . Click on ‘Print E-Challan’ link.
ii. Take the printout of this Challan Slip.(Print option — A4 size in Landscape)

Step 3. Application Fee Deposition
i .Go to the designated Bank (bank as mentioned in challan slip) then deposit the Required Registration Fees For Application Filling
ii . Ensure that the Transaction No. given by bank is clearly readable. Transaction No. will facilitate the candidate to fill the Application Form.

Step 4. Application Form Filling
i . Next Day Click on ‘Submit Application Form’ link. Registration number, Transaction number and date of birth are required to fill the application form.
ii . Fill the required information on the screen then submit.
iii.Before final submission of application form recheck all the information to be filled by you are correct and then finally submit the application form.
iv .After submitting application upload photograph of candidate in .jpg format (size not more than 20kb) and signature in .jpg format (size not more than 10kb).
v .Take the printout of this final form for further proceedings. (Print option– A4 size in Landscape).
vi . Take the printout Mailing/posting address (Print option– A4size in landscape)
vii.Paste the copy of the uploaded photograph at the designated place, fill all the entries and duly put your’s and Father/Guardian signature and left hand thumb impression in the designated place.

Step 5. Posting Application To University
i.Take the printout of finally filled application and printed copy of e-challan(university copy) and put it into an A-4 envelop and paste the address slip taken from the website and send it to the university on or before 13/03/2013.

Important Instruction: Please note that the minimum qualification for Form filling.
(i) For General/OBC candidates Graduation or Post Graduation with 50.00 % marks.
(ii) For SC/ST candidates Graduation or Post Graduation with passing marks.
(iii) Other State Candidates will be treated as General Category Candidate.
(iv) For Blind candidates 5% relaxation will be given in marks of qualifying examination.

आनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की प्रक्रिया
निर्देश : आनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने के पूर्व अभ्यर्थी अपनी सुविधा हेतु डमी फार्म वेबसाइट http://upbed.nic.in से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। आनलाइन आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया पाँच चरणों में सम्पादित होगी :
प्रथम चरण. – पंजीकरण
दूसरा चरण. ई-चालान प्राप्त करना
तृतीय चरण. ई-चालान द्वारा परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करना
चतुर्थ चरण. आवेदन पत्र को पूर्ण करना एवं उसका प्रिंट आउट प्राप्त करना।
पंचम चरण. आयोजक विश्वविद्यालय को सम्पूरित आवेदन पत्र प्रेषित करना।

1.संयुक्त प्रवेश परीक्षा बी.एड.-2013 के आनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने के पूर्व वेबसाइट www.upbed.nic.in.
पर उपलब्ध निर्देशों को पढ़कर अभ्यर्थी उपयुक्त परीक्षा हेतु अपनी अर्हता अवश्य सुनिश्चित कर लें।

1-प्रथम चरण पंजीकरण
1. आनलाइन पंजीकरण हेतु आवेदन (Candidate Registration)लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
2. आनलाइन पंजीकरण आवेदन की प्रविष्टियो को भरें। जहाँ-जहाँ स्टार (‘*’) लगा है उन प्रविष्टियों को अनिवार्य रूप से भरना है।
3. अपनी प्रविष्टियों की जाँच कर आश्वस्त होने के उपरान्त सबमिट (Submit)पर क्लिक करें।
4. सफलतापूर्वक पंजीकरण होने के साथ ही आपको कम्प्यूटर – जनित नौ अंकों की पंजीकरण संख्या प्राप्त होगी। इस संख्या को सावधानीपूर्वक लिख लें अथवा इस पृष्ठ का प्रिंट आउट लेकर अपने पास सुरक्षित रखें क्योंकि पंजीकरण संख्या के आधार पर ही आगे की प्रक्रिया का सम्पादन होगा।
नोट : पंजीकरण स्लिप अपने आप में आवेदन नहीं है। यह सफलतापूर्वक पंजीकरण का प्रारूप है। पंजीकरण के उपरान्त अभ्यर्थी को निर्धारित शुल्क जमा करने के उपरान्त आवेदन पत्र पूर्ण करना है।

2-दूसरा चरण. ई-चालान प्राप्त करना
1. ‘प्रिंट चालान’ (Print Challan) लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
2. e-challan का प्रिंट प्राप्त करें। (A4 आकार के कागज पर)

3-तृतीय चरण परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करना
1. e-challan को लेकर इलाहाबाद बैंक की किसी भी सी.बी.एस. शाखा में जाकर परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करें।
2. यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि बैंक द्वारा दी गयी ट्रांजेक्शन संख्या (Transaction ID) स्पष्ट है। यही ट्रांजेक्शन संख्या (Transaction ID) आपके आवेदन पत्र को पूर्ण करने में सहायक होगी।

4-चतुर्थ चरण आवेदन पत्र को पूर्ण करना एवं उसका प्रिंट आउट प्राप्त करना
1. शुल्क जमा करने के अगले दिन ‘आवेदन पत्र पूरित करें (Submit Application Form) लिंक पर क्लिक करें। आवेदन पत्र सम्पूरित करने के लिए अभ्यर्थी को पंजीकरण संख्या, ट्रांजेक्शन संख्या (Transaction ID) एवं जन्म तिथि भरना होगा।
2. स्क्रीन पर माँगी गयी सूचनाओं को भरने के बाद, सबमिट (Submit) पर क्लिक करें।
3. अंतिम रूप से सबमिट (Submit) करने के पूर्व एक बार पुन: प्रविष्टियों को जाँच कर सुनिश्चित हो लें कि सही प्रविष्टियाँ ही भरी गयी हैं। आश्वस्त होने के उपरान्त सबमिट (Submit) पर क्लिक करें।
4. आवेदन पत्र को सबमिट करने के उपरान्त अभ्यर्थी अपना नवीनतम श्वेत-श्याम फोटोग्राफ *.jpg फारमेट (जो 20kb से अधिक न हो) तथा हस्ताक्षर *.jpg फारमेट में (जो 10kb से अधिक न हो) को अपलोड करें।
5.सम्पूरित आवेदन पत्र का एवं पते (Address Slip) का प्रिंट अग्रेतर कार्यवाही हेतु प्राप्त करें। (A-4 आकार के कागज में)
6. जिस फोटोग्राफ को अपलोड किया है। उसी को आवेदन पत्र के प्रिंट आउट में निर्धारित स्थान पर चिपकाएँ एवं निर्धारित स्थान पर अपना एवं अपने पिता या संरक्षक का हस्ताक्षर करवाएँ तथा अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित स्थान पर अपने बाएँ हाथ के अँगूठे का निशान लगाएँ।

पंचम चरण- सम्पूरित आवेदन पत्र आयोजक विश्वविद्यालय को प्रेषित करना
उपयुक्त के अनुसार संपूरित आवेदन पत्र के साथ e-challan की विश्वविद्यालय प्रति (University Copy) संलग्न करके, उसे A-4 आकार के लिफाफे में रखें तथा लिफाफे पर प्रिंट आउट द्वारा प्राप्त ।Address Slip चस्पा कर दिनांक 13.03.2013 तक या उसके पूर्व केवल स्पीड पोस्ट / रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा आयोजक विश्वविद्यालय के कार्यालय को भेजें। आवेदन पत्र के साथ अन्य कोई भी प्रमाण पत्र संलग्न न करें।
महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश:
1. सामान्य/अन्य पिछड़ी जातियों के अभ्यर्थियों को स्नातक अथवा परास्नातक में 50 प्रतीशत अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है|
2. अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजातियों के अभ्यर्थियों को स्नातक अथवा परास्नातक में उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है|
3. अन्य राज्य के अभ्यर्थियों को केवल सामान्य श्रेणी के अंतर्गत रखा जायेगा|
4. दृष्टि बाधित अभ्यर्थियों को 5% की छूट उनकी अहर्ता परीक्षा में प्रदान की जाएगी|

DAY ONE -The Counseling Day
1.On the first day of reporting (day one) as per schedule, the candidates will proceed to the document verification counters for verification of their certificates and admit card. Candidates are required to bring all certificates in original along with  one set of photocopies of each document and four copies of their photograph identical to the one pasted on the application form. In case any candidate fails to produce the required original certificate at the time of counseling, he/she will not be allowed to exercise his/her option.

2.Thereafter the candidates will proceed to the fee collection counters. Counseling fee of Rs.500 (Five hundred only only) and an advance admission fee of Rs. 5000 (Five Thousand only) will be collected at the computerized fee counters. The deposits are to be made through a crossed Demand Draft issued in favour of Finance Officer, Dr. RML Avadh University payable at Faizabad. Here it is to be pointed out that all deposits  will be through Crossed Demand Draft and not through Account Payee Cheque. Please note that the counseling fee of Rs.500/- is non-refundable and no part of it will be refundable at any stage after the candidate has reported for on-campus on-line counseling at the counseling centre. The advance admission fee of Rs.5000/- will be refunded if the candidate could not be allotted a seat from the choice locked by her/him. No refund of this amount will be made if a seat is allotted in a University/ College/ Institute and the candidate refuses to take admission for whatsoever reason.

3. Any discrepancies related to date of birth, category, sub-category, sex and state of eligibility in the computer record generated on the basis of application form submitted earlier to JEE B.Ed.-2012 by the candidate and in the original certificates will be rectified by the competent authorities at the counselling centre and their decision will be final in this regard. A printout of the modified record will be given to the candidate.

4. Any change in the candidate’s name, father’s name and the status of general category shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
5. Candidates must ensure in their own interest, that their state of eligibility, categories, sub-categories,sex, if any, are mentioned correctly on the printout given to them.

6. After verification and fee submission the candidates will proceed to the next counter for Registration. After Registration, the candidates will be required to exercise their final choices of seats on-line by using choice button to indicate the choice of institution in order of their preference. The candidate can exercise all the choices for which he/she is eligible. Choices for which the candidate is eligible shall be displayed at the time of choice filling.

7. The current status of the available seats, will be continuously displayed for the guidance of candidates.

8. The candidates will get two copies of the printout of all the choices submitted by them. One copy of the same will be signed by the candidate and returned after verification.

9 Candidates are advised to choose the college(s) taking into consideration that his/her choice on DAY-ONE and the subsequent allotment on DAY-TWO is final.

UP BED 2012 Off-Campus/On-Campus On-Line Counseling COUNSELING PROCEDURE

COUNSELING PROCEDURE UP bed 2012 RMLAU
The counseling procedure is divided in two phases:

Phase-I : Off-Campus On-Line Counseling ( * )

Phase-II: On-Campus On-line Counseling First Counseling ( * )

Through computer screen, the counselees will have access, to category-wise information regarding : –

(a) Number of candidates with higher merit who would have already exercised their choices.
(b) Number of higher merit holders yet to exercise their choices.
(c) Current status of course-wise and institution-wise available seats.

The detailed procedure is described below.
Phase-I : Off-Campus On-Line Counseling 
1. Candidates found eligible for counselling are required to exercise their initial choices of branches and institutions through Internet (www.upbed.nic.in) from places of their convenience. The candidates may contact the nearby Counselling Centres (CC) for availing the Internet facility free of charge.

2. This facility is provided to enable the candidates to assess list of universities/colleges/institutions which are likely to be available to them according to their rank in the JEE B.Ed.2012.
3. During this phase of counseling, the eligible candidates are advised to exercise their initial choices of university/college/institution through internet from places of their convenience.
4. A candidate has to log on to the website http://www.upbed.nic.in and click ‘off-campus’ counselling button on the home page.

5.  Login and password prompts will appear on the computer screen.  Using the instructions given on the screen, the candidate will enter the login ID and password for which admit card would be required. If the candidate has misplaced his/her admit card, he/she can download the counseling letter which will have the required information.

6. The procedure for exercising choices or seeking other information is menu driven. It guides the candidates through appropriate messages on the computer screen.

7. Information relating to institutions and categories (GE or BC or SC/ST etc.) will be available through each relevant dropdown menu for the purpose of exercising choices as well as for a feel of their competitive standing for their preferred choices among the logged-in candidates.

8. The name of counseling centre will be displayed on computer screen during Phase-I.

9. The candidates are permitted, if they so desire, to change their choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times, based on the information which will appear on the computer screen. The candidates are free to consult their parents, teachers, friends and others for advice during Phase-I. The off-campus counselling will facilitate the selection of the most appropriate discipline, institution and branches / programme at candidates’ rank and in their categories for submitting their final choices during on-campus counselling.

10. Choices will be processed and indicative seat allocation will be put on the website at frequent intervals. The dates of next update of indicative seat allocation will be specified on the website.

11. OFF CAMPUS COUNSELING IS ONLY A REHEARSAL.

Phase-II : Part I – On-Campus On-Line Counseling First Counseling  (* )
Eligible candidates will be required to report at the counselling centre, allotted to him/her which will be displayed on computer screen during Phase-I. They will have to stay there for two days. A list of counselling centres is also given in this leaflet, and is also available on the website.

The choices submitted through choice form on Day One will be processed centrally on the following day (day two) and the list of candidates who are allotted an institution along with subject stream for admission will be displayed on the website. These candidates will be called in order of Rank for the issue of seat allotment letter. The candidates must bring their copy of choice form along with fee receipt to get the allotment letter.

2. After allotment of seat the candidates are required to deposit the balance amount of admission fee through a crossed Demand Draft issued in favour of alloted college (Please refer to college profile of alloted college) payable at college location (refer to college profile) within 3 days of issue of allotment letter. The fee structure of different institutions is available on the website.

3.The candidates are required to report to the allotted University Department/College/Institute immediately after fees deposition..

4.The candidates shall confirm their alloted seat after depositing the balance fee and No extension would be permissible under normal circumstances.

REFUND OF FEES DEPOSITED AT COUNSELING CENTERS
1. Counselling Fee of 500 (Five Hundred only) is non-refundable

2. The advance admission fee of Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand only) submitted at the time of counseling will be refunded if the candidate could not be allotted a seat from the choice locked by him/her. No Refund will be made if a seat is allotted in a university/college/institute and the candidate refuses to take admission for any reason.

3.College fees, once deposited, will not be refunded to any candidate under any circumstance.
