– Preserve the Registration Number Displayed.
  Step 2
 
– Take Printout of the Application Form.
– PASTE colored passport size (3 cm x5 cm) photograph.
– Sign the Application Form.
– Provide Left Thumb Impression.
– Write Declaration in your Hand Writing in the space provided.
– Provide Fee Details in the Application Form (If Required).
  Step 3 (If Required)
 
– Take Printout of the Fee Chalan.
– Ensure Registration No on Fee Chalan and Application Form
   is same.
– Go to nearest SBI Branch and submit Fee.
– Attach the RRC Copy of the Chalan with Application Form.
  Step 4
 
– Attach all Mandatory Documents listed in the Form.
– Send it to RRC WR Office through Ordinary Post or
    in Person Only.
