TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE [As mentioned under relevant column in Table-I]
2.1 Only full time Regular courses will be considered. This shall include Class X
& XII examination and all Diploma(s) and Degree (s) as specified under the
minimum essential qualification column in Table-I.
2.2 All minimum essential qualification(s) must be from UGC recognized Indian
University/ UGC recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved courses
from Autonomous Indian Institutions/ concerned statutory council (wherever
applicable). Diploma in Engineering qualifications (if applicable) should be
recognized by respective State Board of Technical Education.
2.3 Minimum percentage of marks in the essential qualification as indicated above shall
be aggregate of all semesters/ years to be calculated taking average of all
semesters/ years, irrespective of the weightages given to any particular semester/
year by the Institute/ University.

Age Limit : Upper age limit 30 years as on (30.04.2013)

Pay Scale: /.EMOLUMENTS
5.1 Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.24900 – 50500/- (E-2
Grade) at the Basic Pay of Rs.24900/- with one year probation in E-2 Grade.
5.2 Pay and Allowances: Basic Pay as applicable in the grade, Variable Dearness
Allowance (VDA) at the applicable rates and perks & allowances upto 50% of Basic
Pay under cafeteria approach

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a non‐refundable application fees of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of GAIL (India) Limited payable at New Delhi. The Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the fee once paid will not be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future exam/ selection. SC/ ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

8.2 After applying online, candidate is required to download the Application Form generated by the system with unique registration number, Space for photograph and signature and other details. The candidate has to send one print out of the Application Form duly signed and affixing latest passport size colour photograph along with required demand draft (wherever applicable) and attested true copies of the following testimonials/ documents:
(i) Document in support of Date of Birth proof.
(ii) Caste/ Tribe certificate [for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL) candidates as applicable] in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority, Disability certificate [in case of PWD candidates] in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority and Ex‐servicemen Proof (in case of Ex‐servicemen candidates). (iii) All Certificates/ Testimonials in respect of qualifications (all semester/ year wise Mark Sheet, Degree and Diploma certificates starting from matriculation onwards).
(iv) Complete and proper Experience certificates/ Documents issued by the Employer in support of experience details mentioned by the candidate in the online Application Form.
(v) NOC/ Forwarding Letter from the employer in case the candidate is employed in Central/ State Government/ PSU/ Semi Government organization.

Madhya Pradesh TET Eligibility and Qualifications  :

 

  1. Madhya Pradesh TET (MP TET) Qualification Teachers of Classes I-V (Paper I) 2013:

    Candidates should have passed in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45 percent marks. Those appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2 – year Diploma in Education in Special Education are also eligible. OR Candidates with BA / B.Sc. with at least 50 percent marks and B.Ed qualification can also apply.

  2. The MPTET 2013 will be conducted by the Department of School Education according to the formalities and procedures prepared by the National Council for Teacher Education / Central Board of Secondary Education NCTE / CBSE and in the norms of Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET. Candidates should have following qualifications as prescribed by the NCTE. The State governments may change the qualifications and eligibility requirements as per the GOs issued by them.

  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र दो खण्‍डों (खण्ड-क एवं खण्ड-ख) में है। आवेदन–पत्र का खण्‍ड–क पूर्णतः भर कर सुरक्षित करने पर आपको अपने आवेदन की संदर्भ संख्‍या प्राप्‍त हो जायेगी। आपको अपने प्रकरण की संदर्भ संख्‍या को भली–भांति याद रखते हुए अग्रिम कार्यवहियों में इसका उल्‍लेख करना होगा अतः यह श्रेयस्‍कर है कि आप अपने प्रकरण की संदर्भ संख्‍या लिख कर भी अपने पास सुरक्षित रखें।

  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन–पत्र के साथ नियमावली के अनुसार वांछ्‍ति अभिलेखों की छाया–प्रतियाँ संलग्‍न करें तथा निर्धारित दिनांकों पर ही सेवायोजन कार्यालय में प्रस्‍तुत करें। आवेदन–पत्र प्राप्‍त करने के अवसर पर सेवायोजन कार्यालय द्वारा आपके अभिलेखों का मिलान उनकी मूल प्रति से किया जायेगा अतः समस्‍त अभिलेखों की मूल प्रतियाँ आवश्‍यक रूप से आपके साथ होनी चाहियें।

बेरोजगारी भत्ता प्रदान किये जाने की व्यवस्था का परिचय

 

उत्तर प्रदेश बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना नियमावली, 2012 माननीय मंत्रिपरिषद द्वारा अनुमोदन कर दिये जाने के उपरान्त दिनांक 15-05-2012 से  सम्पूर्ण उत्तर प्रदेश में  प्रवृत्त हो चुकी है। बाँई ओर दिये मीनू में उपलब्ध वेबलिंक नियमावली (पी०डी०एफ०) द्वारा दिनांक 16-06-2012, 23-07-2012 एवं 13-08-2012 को क्रमशः प्रथम, द्वितीय एवं तृतीय संशोधन के क्रम मे अद्यतन नियमावली डाउनलोड कर विस्तार से नियमों एवं प्राविधानों का अध्ययन किया जा सकता है। इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए मीनू वेबलिंक आवेदनपत्र (पी०डी०एफ०) में उपलब्ध प्रारूप को भर कर सम्बन्धित सेवायोजन कार्यालय (जहाँ आपने अपना पंजीयन/नवीनीकरण दिनांक 31-08-2012 तक कराया हो) में निम्न अभिलेखों के साथ प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैः-
  • हाईस्कूल अथवा समकक्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने सम्बन्धी प्रमाणपत्र व अंकतालिका की छायाप्रति
  • सेवायोजन कार्यालय में 31 अगस्त,2012 अथवा पूर्व तिथि के पंजीयन/नवीनीकरण
    सम्बन्धी ‘एक्स-10‘ प्रपत्र की छायाप्रति
  • तहसीलदार द्वारा निर्गत सामान्य निवास का प्रमाणपत्र की छायाप्रति
  • परिवार का आय प्रमाणपत्र
  • जाति प्रमाणपत्र (केवल अनु०जा० एवं अनु०ज०जा० के आवेदको हेतु )

 

आवेदनपत्र में सूचनाएं सही एवं सुस्पष्ट हस्तलेख में भरी जाये तथा आवेदनपत्र के क्रमांक 17 में आई०एफ०सी० कोड़ अनिवार्य रूप से लिखें तथा भरी जा रही बैंक खाते की सूचनाओं का सत्यापन/प्रमाणन सम्बन्धित शाखा के प्रबन्धक अथवा अधिकृत-अधिकारी के हस्ताक्षर एवं पदनाम की मोहर लगवा कर अवश्य कराया जाये। सेवायोजन कार्यालय में आवेदनपत्र प्रस्तुत करने के अवसर पर अपने साथ समस्त मूल अभिलेख अवश्य रखें, क्योंकि आवेदन के साथ संलग्न छायाप्रतियों का मिलान आपके मूल अभिलेखों से किया जायेगा। सेवायोजन कार्यालय में स्थापित काउण्टर पर आपके मूल अभिलेखों एवं छायाप्रतियों का मिलान करने के उपरान्त मूल अभिलेख आपको वापस लौटा दिये जायेगें तथा आवेदनपत्र प्राप्त कराने के प्रमाणस्वरूप कार्यालय-पावती प्रदान की जायेगी।

 

ऑनलाइन आवेदन

ऑनलाइन व्यवस्था के माध्यम से जन-सामान्य को होने वाली सुगमता एवं सुविधा के दृष्टिगत बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना में आवेदन करने की ऑनलाइन व्यवस्था भी बाई ओर “ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरें” मीनू विकल्प के माध्यम से उपलब्ध करायी गयी है । इससे जहाँ एक ओर भत्ता प्राप्त करने हेतु बेरोजगार नौजवानों को 24 X 7 कहीं भी, कभी भी अपना आवेदनपत्र भरने की सुविधा हो सकेगी वहीं दूसरी ओर सेवायोजन कार्यालयों द्वारा आवेदनपत्रों का निस्तारण शीघ्रता से किया जा सकेगा।

 

आवेदनपत्रों की स्वीकृति/अस्वीकृति

ऑनलाइन व्यवस्था के माध्यम से मुद्रित किये गये अथवा हस्तलेख में भरे गये आवेदनपत्र जो कि सम्बन्धित सेवायोजन कार्यालयों में प्राप्त कराये जायेगें उन सभी आवेदनों की जाँच आदि पूर्ण करते हुए स्वीकृत अथवा अस्वीकृत करने सम्बन्धी निर्णय सम्बन्धित सेवायोजन कार्यालयों द्वारा लिया जायेगा। आवेदन-पत्र स्वीकृत अथवा अस्वीकृत किये जाने की सूचना आवेदक के पते पर प्रेषित की जायेगी, तथा इस वेबठिकाने पर भी प्रदर्शित की जायेगी।

 

बेरोजगारी भत्ते का भुगतान

स्वीकृत किये गये सभी आवेदनपत्रों के आवेदको को बेरोजगारी भत्ता राशि का भुगतान त्रैमासिक आवृत्ति पर आवेदनपत्र के क्रमांक-17 पर भरे गये बैंक खातें में उ०प्र०बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना नियमावली, 2012 के प्राविधानों के अन्तर्गत प्रेषित किया जायेगा। प्रेषित किये जाने वाले भुगतान का लाभार्थीवार विवरण इस वेबठिकाने पर भी प्रदर्शित किया जायेगा।

Application Procedure: The online submission of particulars may be made at website http://www.upsee.nic.in. The candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. On submission of details, a Registration Number will be generated. Make the payment and finally a Confirmation Page with Registration Number shall be generated. 8. Online Applications can be submitted from 10:00 AM 28.02.2013 till 10:00 PM 21.03.2013. 9. Payment of Fee could be made by Bank e-Challan or Credit/Debit Card.
Steps to be followed if fee paid through Bank e-Challan
  • Logon to http://upsee.nic.in website. Fill in the application form and note down the registration number.
  • After registration, the candidate has to take a printout of the Bank e-challan and pay the desired amount of examination fee at any branch of Punjab National Bank. The Bank will keep one copy and will return two copies of the e-challan with their endorsement of the receipt of the payment to candidate.
  • After payment, the candidate has to Login once again and enter the details of the e-challan for successful completion of the registration process.
  • Finally a Confirmation Page will be generated. Take a printout and complete the steps as described in point 6.
Steps to be followed if fee paid through Credit/Debit Card
  • Keep the details of Credit/Debit Card (VISA/MasterCard) ready.
  • Logon to http://upsee.nic.in website, fill the application form, note down the registration number which would be generated by system that is required for making the payment of fee.
  • Make the payment through Credit/Debit Card and note down the Transaction Number, after successful payment of fee.
  • Take a printout of Confirmation Page and complete as described in point 6.
  • Note : Bank will charge service/processing charges and service tax as applicable on transaction made by Credit/Debit card.

  • The candidates can also contact the felicitation centers at various cities for any assistance in the ONLINE form filling.
  • The list of felicitation centers for helping the candidates for filling the UPSEE 2013 Application Form will be available on the websites.
  • After filling the ONLINE UPSEE 2013 Application Form the candidates should click the “Review” button before submitting the form.
  • As soon as the candidates submit the UPSEE 2013 Application Form the system will generate the unique Registration Number which must be noted down for all the future correspondences.
  • Now the candidate should make the payment of examination fee via credit/debit card or bank challan/Internet Banking.
  1. The candidates who want to pay for the ONLINE UPSEE 2013 Application Form via bank challan must download the bank challan receipt in triplicate which will contain the candidate credentials and requisite fee. The candidate should submit the fee at the designated bank and sign the receipt.
  2. The bank will provide a transaction number to the candidates which must be correctly filled on the bank challan of the ONLINE UPSEE 2013 Application Form.
  3. After making the payment through challan the candidate should logon to http://upsee.nic.in and download their confirmation page. The confirmation page will be generated after filling in the registration and transaction number.
  4. If the candidate wants to pay the ONLINE UPSEE 2013 Application Form fee via Internet Banking/Debit card/Credit card the appropriate link should be clicked and payment should be made.
  5. The candidates should generate the confirmation page and put their signature, paste recent passport size photograph, put the left thumb impression and get it signed by the parents/guardian at the space specified.
  6. This conformation page will serve as the UPSEE 2013 Application Form. The candidate should send this page at the above mentioned address till the date specified above.
  • The UPSEE 2013 Application Form should not be cut, torn, stapled, pinned or tagged at any place.
  • The written data in the UPSEE 2013 Application Form should be filled in Black Ball pen and the circles should be darkened using HB Pencil Only.
  • The candidates should go through the entire Information Brochure before filling the form and paste only Black and White Photograph on the form.

Nature and standard of questions
While designing and preparing the questions the examining body
shall take the following factors into consideration:
 The test items on Child Development and Pedagogy will focus on educational psychology of teaching and learning relevant to the age group of 6-11 years. They will focus on understanding the characteristics and needs of diverse learners, interaction with learners and the attributes and qualities of a good facilitator of learning.
 The Test items for Language I will focus on the proficiencies related to the medium of instruction, (as chosen from list of prescribed language options in the application form).
 The Language II will be from among the prescribed options other than Language I. A candidate may choose any one language from the available language options and will be required to specify the same in the application form. The test items in Language II will also focus on the elements of language, communication and comprehension abilities.
 The test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies will focus on the concepts, problem solving abilities and pedagogical understanding of the subjects. In all these subject areas, the test items shall be evenly distributed over different divisions of the syllabus of that subject prescribed for classes I-V by the appropriate Government.
 The questions in the test for Paper I wll be based on the topics of the prescribed syllabus of the State for classes I-V, but their difficulty standard, as well as linkages, could be upto the secondary stage.
 Question paper will be in Kannada / Urdu / Marathi / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam Medium.
